These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from Orna Curio Jewellery unless expressly altered in writing and signed by both Orna Curio Jewellery and the Purchaser. Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, punctuality is crucial. If any part of the contract or these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, it will not affect the remaining provisions. The parties agree that the governing law of this contract is the State of Western Australia and they submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the State's Court.
Gift Vouchers and Store Credits
Gift Vouchers and Store Credits are valid for three years from the date of issuance and can only be redeemed at www.ornacurio.com

Pre-orders
Items labeled as Pre-Order will arrive at our warehouse on the specified date mentioned in the item description. If you purchase a Pre-Order item along with other items, your order will be partially fulfilled with ready-to-ship items shipped first.
